A nurse friend told me to 'fast with water' . She said when we stop feeding our body, it will feed itself and it's the best time to get rid off poision. By the way, she's Australian.

hahaha...I have a list akin to that posted on my refrigerator. My mom puts them up but no one in the family ever follows them. Then there are times when two separate schedules are in conflict with one another. But I guess it just shows the ridiculousness of it all.

I will admit, #5 is pretty much right on the mark for me.

What I don't get is what happens between 9am and 9pm every day? Does the cycle just repeat itself, or do my organs just get half the day off?

Sorry I missed you in Beijing. The Moganshan thing was a lot of fun, actually, albeit in a very nerdy kind of way. I'd expected a bit more of the 'group struggle session' thing, but as it turned out that was limited mainly to the "friendly debate" between Jiang Rong and Howard Goldblatt one night.

Thanks, Adsotrans, for the introduction. Currently the General Principles of the Civil Law is up on the site. Its not the Constitution but according to Chinese lawyers and law students I have talked to the General Principles is the main body of law that all of China's other laws derive from. I plan on putting up the new Antitrust law that is coming into effect on August of this year. After that it will be copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Thanks to adsotrans for making the reading and translation a lot easier!
